Fate/Grand Order, are cosmetic mods possible?

On Google I'm mostly finding people complaining about how difficult it is to access the game files or people modding FGO characters into completely different games, but is it really impossible? I recently got Shizuku and I seem to be able to access the game files, I just don't know which ones have servant cards and character sprites, or what I'd need to open the files with to see/mod them.

Honestly I don't think so.
