Looking for this skin mod - not the tattoos, just the skin with the complexion and the marks

I think that's the second time I've seen that image this week lol. The skin texture looks like BNP (Only for SE), and the freckles look like they might be from FRECKLES - Racemenu Overlay Collection (LE, SE). Obviously I might be wrong, but that's the best guess I have lmao.

Haha, yeah, I guess the guy who posted it first also posted it on Reddit, asking for the tattoos, that's where I saw it and I liked the skin mod, so I tried to find it which eventually brought me here, asking for it :D

Thanks mate, I'll check it out :)

Edit: I checked the freckles mod, that's not the same as on the picture, still looking for suggestions

Can't you just run BNP through Cathedral Asset Optimizer? Pretty sure it can port SE mods to LE. If not, you can probably just manually re-export the textures with BC3 compression and be fine.

A bit late on the reply, but I've since tried using CAO numerous times on every possible setting, and the result is always bad. I'm not a graphics expert, but I would guess it has something to do with the type of compression being used on the original textures. I think you may be right about just manually redoing the textures with BC3, because I've seen someone get the CBBE version of the textures to work with LE on their follower mods.

Ah yikes, that's a huge bummer. Shouldn't take too long to do manually though, your best bet would probably be to use either Nvidia Texture Tools or Crunch. There's a couple other options but those are the best, the AU wiki has a lot more info on DDS compression if you're interested.
