I have start up crash this days and I haven't touch any thing

i know to many esp active can cause ctd a few seconds after starting the game

The game is having issues loading Textures\Effects\ProjectedNoise.dds from a BSA. It may have had something to do with poisoner.dll. Usually its enough to extract the BSA to work around issues like this.

 

Edit: I suppose this could also be the stdio limit issue. Can't remember what that looked like in crash logs.

Windows 24h2 update screwed up Skyrim SE modding for me.  I couldn't get Wrye Bash to open or Body Slide or Pandora Engine.  I reverted back to Win 23H2 and made a bug report with Windows.  Mosty likely it's the Windows update.
