Need help with Unreal engine 5

I am looking to make a game where you on a island and you get to interact with some NPCS and I need Help making some machanics like spawing a house using a sign

Too little information. How far did you come in the process? Do you know how to blueprint? UE5 isn't something you just jump into without any knowledge. You need to look up tutorials for how to do these things and learn from that.
