Need help with an error of NPC boob physic bugs

Please help me find what mods makes the boobs stationary during animations creating a weird stretching texture for 3 of my NPC followers named "Kitty Misa, Frisa, and Demon Yoanna". all other followers are fine but they get the weird stationary boobs. please help, I just started modding skyrim.

It can be any armor or clothing mod if you haven't used outfit studio to conform it to the CBBE-3ba body. Unmoving boobs usually means its a plain CBBE outfit without the breast bones weighted. 

 

Texture issues are likely UNP outfits, which use a different texture mapping.
