A must have for every single lewd mod is Carnalitas which adds all the framework that lewd mods work off of. Milfy mod is my personal favorite it adds a great deal of content obviously relating to milfs which you can play as or wife up a woman, interesting content involving incest if you're into that and a sizable amount of horse related content. The same author of that mod also makes a futanari mod which is similarly large and focused on futanaris, offers a lot of content worth checking out.

 

There is really only one body mod which is character body overhaul, it is pretty massive and will take a bit of a toll on your game but if you want thick thighs and big tits its a must have. I haven't used it in a while and I know that it had to be redone recently by another mod author so I do not know how well it still works.
