CTD when adding custom menu music[SOLVED]

I tried to add my own music to the main menu but it crashes if I do it. I converted an mp3 to wav, placed it in data/music/special and renamed it to mus_maintheme, as instructed by a video on youtube. Did I do anything wrong?

 

Edit: Had to convert it to xwm first. Now it works.
