Victor Saltzpyre Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 [FO76] NSFW Main Menu and Atomic Shop replacers with Sound for Fallout 76 View File NOTE: The sound on these files are baked in, and cannot be adjusted. Though, you can turn off the menu music in-game if you want to hear them better! This is something that I saw on a bunch of Fallout 4 main menu replacers, but there aren't any (That I could find) for Fallout 76, so I decided to port some of the popular ones. Probably too many if we're being honest. Each screenshot is labeled with what file they are. You only need one, as each file (barring the 2 longer animations) include both the main menu and atomic shop replacements, but you can mix and match between files to find a combo that you like. Anyway, see you in the Gleaming Depths update! INSTALLATION: Place the files you want into your Fallout76\Data\Video folder. I would strongly suggest making a backup of your usual files (Easily done by just renaming your original files anything else.) I don't use mod managers and I wouldn't recommend it for this. Sorry if this isn't the place for this, I thought it better here than in 'misc mods' Submitter Victor Saltzpyre Submitted 12/03/2024 Category Other Requirements
lavatube Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 (edited) Hmm, I bet these could be tweaked slightly to work with the Random Main Menu mod. I think they use a different directory structure and naming convention to be detected by the mod. In the support posts, they have a description of the naming/data structures: XWM files go in the Music/Special folder. BK2 video files go in the Video folder. Video must contain "MainMenuLoop_" and have only one "_". You cannot use "MainMenuLoop_you_Name1.bk2". Correct video example: MainMenuLoop_youName1.bk2 MainMenuLoop_youName2.bk2 etc... Music should be placed in "Data\music\special" and start with "mus_maintheme_". To play certain music with certain videos, the names after "_" must match. Correct music example: mus_maintheme_youName1.xwm mus_maintheme_youName2.xwm etc... https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/74187 Edited December 3, 2024 by lavatube
lavatube Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 Yep, I just tried it. It works fine with the Random Main Menu mod when the files are renamed and placed in the Video folder. The contents of my Video folder are: 1
yaboiied Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 probably a dumb question but would this work with fallout 4
