Animation Not working?

I tried a few mods here that suposedly have animation. Many of them would run a dialoge before the animation starts. It all goes through all good and dandy but it skips over the animation.

 

the "working girl" mod for example is talk to someone, ask for a favor, --------, profit.. The blank area is where the animation should be. Odd enough I still get paid just no animation. Tried other mods and same issue. I did everything that I know correctly to install the mods and I don't know what is the issue. If it were related to FNIS (since many mods require it) then Skyrim would just CTD every time near riften (which is a dead giveaway since everytime I forget this step it CTD)

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You probably either screwed up the installation or your loadorder causes the problem; so you should post it.

Ok after a long time trouble shooting I realized that I didnt' run FNIS as administrator. aparently that does make a diffrence.
