HiPoly Neck Seam Correction missing

Hi,

 

Just seeing if anyone has a solution to my game missing the neck seam correction in looksmenu.  I can see it when I use the change NPC appearance in Just Business, but not for my own character.

I've tried using slm 14, slm player 1 and tried using looksmirror mod.  I've read where the wrong version of looksmenu can cause the issue, but I've checked that a few times to ensure it is correct.  I also read that the tint ID # for HiPoly could be the same as another mod, thus causing the issue.  I am using the rolled back version of Fallout and the mods needed for the rolled back Fallout.
