A mod that lets NPCs cum or have arousal?

In AAF with Sex Attributes only the player's arousal is relevant and the npcs are sex robots. Is there a mod that changes that and makes it more immersive? Preferably something like SLSO for Skyrim, but I doubt it exists, since SA doesn't track the arousal of NPCs as far as I know.

 

I would also like a mod that makes the PC only take pleasure from rape if she's a slut. I know you can change the settings at certain times to achieve that, but I'd prefer if it happened automatically.
