WW Complex Save Data

Every time I boot up my save, I get the "Uh Oh" WW notification, saying WW complex save data didn't load properly. My save game is basically dead, I can play it for a few minutes but then the game freezes without freezing. Basically all the sims just stand still or do the idle animation, and I can't click or interact with anything but the menu. If I go to build mode or pause the game, it doesn't actually pause, the sims are still doing the idle animation, If I try to travel anywhere before the game breaks, it just loads infinitely. If I try to exit the game, it just loads infinitely. I have to close it with task manager. The only reason I think it has something to do with the "Uh Oh" WW error, is because I started a new save game, and the game runs perfectly fine, no problems at all on a new save. I've tried deleting and reinstalling WW completely fresh, but that didn't fix it. I tried recovering an older save, but when that loaded up, it did the same thing. I would rather not start a whole new game save, if anyone knows something else to try, please let me know.
