Lighting body effect

Sorry dont found right entry, but have a question.

Have npc Ali from AliciaPainslutRevamped mod, that have lighting (glowing) effect on her body.

Investigate her in TES5edit, but could not find this effect source.

Could anyone teach me how to apply effect on body. I know only TESedit.

I could apply facelight effect, but it is not what i want, glowing body that makes colour outline in dark wanted.

had seen many of similiar effects in skyrim, but want to apply them pernanently to npc or pc and be able to edit.
