Companion Ivy no affinity

So Ivy is my companion (love her) but her affinity is staying at zero. I've done the hyper combat stuff and even tried setting her affinity in the console but as soon as I restart the game It's back at zero. This is my second playthrough with her and It was the same with the first attempt.

 

Anyone got any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

You don't read the description of this mod - you don't read the thread or the service blog for this mod.

 

Because if you had done so - you would understand that "Ivy" doesn't have a "normal" affinity like the other companions (vanilla and mod companions).

Her affinity system is much more complex - you can find out more about it... if you READ the numerous texts about it!

I won't do the reading of these posts for you - you have to do that yourself!

I do indeed understand and I've read the various threads, but Ivy has ZERO affinity which should not be possible after the hyper combat stuff, also, I'm talking to her a lot and sleeping with her but it never goes up.

Console, point at Ivy, getav ca_affinity          result is 0.0

Well, that is your problem - Ivy doesn't use the vanilla affinity system, she has her own. Use this instead:

 

help _ivy_affinity 3

a clear sign that you have NOT read the description of the mod and have so far ignored the posts in the service thread or in the mod author's blog!

 

Your mistake -> you did not do enough research into this mod before installing it.

 

In the vanilla game, the companions only have a single affinity factor... the companion "Ivy", on the other hand, has several such factors.

That's why the query command from the vanilla game does not provide any usable information here!
