Its among the individual Sims preferences when you click of them and go into WW.

I feel the need to point out that I had tried this earlier and it's legitimately just removed from base ww, as far as I can tell. looked all over the settings and traits for sims, but I did find wickedwhims inappropriate unlock, which adds incest back into the mod.
