Clothing converter, male to female

How do I change an oblivion clothing item from male to female? I added the op bones both to the male body and to the clothing item. I don't know how to make the op bones stick to the torso clothing item tho, I suspect that is the problem. The breast part just becomes to downward pointing cones.
