[Search] Requesting help to know what texture mod this is.

So far I've downloaded Pure and Fair Skin Complexion but opening them doesn't seem like it look like this. I'm pretty sure the tan is pasted onto the texture or overlayed.

I've downloaded most of the popular mods on nexus such as Mature, Mommy Mature, Lovergirl, Bijin, Northbourne, Zheizhan, Demoniac, and everything else on Nexus that I wanted to check.

 

But I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated though. Thank you.
