Publishing in France

Hello gents.

Started a Ren'py NTR visual novel recently. Its getting there smoothly. BUT. It's hard to find information regarding what you can publish in my country, France. The porn part is no issue I believe, but the game might feature some rape scenes. Would be distributed here probably, with a patreon link.

Many questions arose. Is it legal to publish it for a french resident, if it contains rape. If its not, is blackmail ok? Where's the line here. Can I publish it with the help of Kagura for instance if it isn't? Nutaku?

What do you declare? Where? I'm lost. I'm very much enjoying the creation process, but I'd rather not go to jail over it honestly.
