Mods for bulges and skimpy masc frames?

I have been searching for mods that add bulges to the underwear options in the game and some more sexy outfits for male/masc characters but can't find anything good. Does anyone know of any options? I understand that there are PLENTY for femme frames, so that's not really what I'm looking for
