The possibility of modifying CC's meshes so it fits with a body with sliders

Many of the top ccs doesn't work well with the sliders, mostly those which alternating the breasts which will create distorted shape and a large ugly gap under them. I'm thinking of using the blender to extract the body mesh and modify the cc according to it. Is it possible? If do, what are the steps?

 

Btw I also want to create a new body mesh for the teens and elders so they can use adults' clothes, how can I achieve that?

For example I want to modify the clothing CC according to such type of bodies (I have sliders installed), how do i extract the body meshes from the game?
