[sEARCH] Freeuse and/or slavery player house/mansion/community

I'm trying to build some sort of freeuse place, where AI men will take slaves for pleasure, slaves can work (mine, smelt, broom, ...)

I already have some mods in mind but I'm looking for suggestions before actually attempting, as this kind of big mods can really mess a load order

 

For slavery / freeuse :

- PAH (How to populate the non slave population though?)

- Slaverun (enforcer only, perhaps)

- NFF for placing nps + a sexlab mod for freeuse ? (not the best I think)

 

For the place I'm kind of stuck. Ideally some form of new small settlement or a big player house.

- Major bonus point if the place is nsfw

- Or can be made nsfw with new props placed ingame. Not sure if possible

- Maybe some secondary vanilla+ settlements like Helgen Reborn or modded Karthwasten

- actually not opposed to a modern setting place

 

If anyone managed to accomplish this I'm very intersted!
