Tomb Raider 4: The Last Revelation nude patch not working

I got a GOG key for this game from Amazon Prime not long ago, but when I tried to apply the nude patch, the title demo and first area still had Lara unchanged even though the CMD window said it was patching the files:

 

 

I even made sure to run the included tomb4.exe instead of the default one, and I checked each .tr4 file to make sure they all had write permissions as instructed. The readme says to close the program manually if it stops patching partway, but the program always closes automatically for me, so it always starts over when I reopen it (no option to resume where it left off by pushing Y then C). I even tried to see if there was an alternative nude patch somewhere, but Nexus Mods only has two mods for the game (neither of which are nude patches), and the Nude Raider thread on this site conveniently doesn't include this installment on any of its six pages.

 

If there's anyone here familiar with this patch, can you let me know what I might be doing wrong (or maybe just upload the pre-patched .tr4 files for me)?
