Please help me out with HDT.

So, I've come back from a long break from Skyrim, and I see HDT is all the rage now because it can provide some physics. Unfortunately, I haven't the foggiest idea where to get it or how to get it to work. I want to use Manga Body: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/

 

It immediately starts talking about HDT and links an xml file, but I don't really understand what it's describing to me. I tried to find the latest version of this HDT Physics Extension, but I found a thread that lists 9.28 as the latest when this one says I need at least 11.10. It's like all this HDT info is spread so thin and not really in one place. I don't even know what HDT means yet.

 

So, can someone point me where to go here?

you can try this if you don't know how to attach the xml to the body.
