Any way to MUTE Player Moans in Sexlab or Male voices?

I'm playing as a Male character and was wondering if there is any way to mute the player moans or something, I know there are voice additions but I just want the male voice removed, I could set the player to female voice but it doesn't sit right with me

Sexlab itself does not support that. You will need another mod to handle the voice.

For example, you can use IDVT: 
Another way is deleting all the male voices in Sexlab folder, it will mute all male voices.
