Need a little help

Okay I'm very new to modding, I've mostly used the Nexus Mod Manager since I'm lazy but I've currently got a slight problem. Okay I've downloaded SexLab Framework now I know it's only a frame work but some of the animations look really nice on paper and I wanted to know of I can download them (I know AP) but say I can't download it what's a way to trigger the animations. Now remember I'm new to this so nothing too complicated.
