Issue with sexlab not initiating sex

New to using sexlab. I have the framework, aroused redux, eager npcs, creature framework, animation slots and animations. I run fnis and nemesis after every deployment. I have no errors appearing after running both. In game, I have sexlab installed and all animations registered. Whenever I try and initiate sex with npc via dialogue with eager npcs mod, they just continue doing what they were doing before hand. Also back when I had a matchmaker mod or animation starter also installed, the spells to initiate sex also did not work. Any ideas? Extra note, I want to start making content for the hub with skyrim and would like to use a matchmaker mod, but I haven't gotten anything to work, any opinions for the best one/easiest to use?
