Help w penis size

I have two sims (Jacob and Marcus) and I wanted Marcus to have a big penis and the other a smaller one but I've increased his penis size and it's still way smaller than Jacob's anf I can't get past his penis size limits, even tho Jacob's is like three times bigger while I wanted it to be rlly small. Can Anyone Help?

There are several options.

 

The easiest is to use something like the penis mod from Simdulgence

 

simplepenis 2

 

Use the WW body selector to set one to use a small penis, and the other a large one.

 

And then you can use the WW penis slider to change each even further.
