I've started to release my free sims earlier at my Patreon, and some (even if free) will be exclusive there, so be sure to follow me.

How to install:

1- Unpack the .zip folder

2- Every ".package" file inside the Mods folder goes to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods

3- Every file inside the Tray folder goes to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray

4- Run the game, find the sim in your Gallery (check that you have Mods and Scripts enabled in your game options and inside the Gallery, check the "Includes custom content" option).
