Dead or Alice Character Presets request and help

Hi

 

I having looking online for some DOA High poly head Chara presets but have had trouble finding any that work,

 

I have tried downloading

and using the files from their but I cant get the files converted to some that works ,

has anyone done this successfully or do you have any presets you could drop in the comments.

 

with how popular DOA is i thought their would be easier to find
