Missing Texture

Hi guys, so basically when I equip the dumbaby nipple piercing, my Sim turns red and white and is missing a texture. Do I need to download something else?  Does anybody know how to fix this?

That pattern happens when its more of a missing Mesh than texture, which is the file that CC relies on to appear in game.

That looks like the nipple piercing included with Sopor's Allure breast mesh package. Its here on LL.
