Not showing certain settings in game

I downloaded the wicked whims along with certain animations I liked, but when I select "wicked" when clicking a sim, it doesn't show the naturism or personalization options. Some settings are missing as well. I also don't have anything that pops up when clicking on the ground or a bed. What would the reason for this be? I believe I've downloaded everything correctly and placed it in the correct folders.

I may have fixed the issue, I also had wonderful whims and when I removed that, it fixed itm I thought I could have both active at the same time?
