SexLab mods that require a new game

Having to start over after save game corruption I'm currently in the process of updating. I'm also on the lookout for mods that require a new game since this is an opportunity to consider those. I know there are a lot of mods out there that might fall under this category, but if you can just mention a few of the more major mods that come to mind I would appreciate it. For example Devious Devious NG requires a new game since version 0.3x, and that's a framework of sorts.

 

If the mod contains homosexuality(just don't want it in my game) or any form of gross content(might be individual what is considered gross) like peeing, farting, ryona, you don't need to mention it. If it has a modern themes like strip clubs you don't need to mention it. Anything else goes.

Thanks for the reply, but I was looking for SexLab mods. Particularly those I might have overlooked that requires a new game, which means newer mods that were released or updated this year. The reason I'm asking is because I don't want to play for several hours and later discover a mod I wanted, only to find out that it required a new game. Alternate start mods are already covered in my setup.
