SİMS 4 TRAİT BARS NEVER SHOWN

Hi !  Yesterday loaded Life and Death DLC first time nothing happende just loaded one Karaoke lot from web but today when I click MC Command can't enter my Sim on CAS screen. When I create new Sim all trait bar is gone also can't see any conversation options,WW and other options. I didn't load anyting than new clothes and one of the cook book from another site also updated PECO art and Cin Erotique thats it.

 

I deleted some of my mods like basemental venue, dress folder, script folder etc but trait bar never shown. Start new game with mods same issue this time start new game without mods worked ok.

However new game with mods same issue trait bar never shown also on MC Command Center can't reach my Sim for modify and phone will not open too. I don't understand yesterday everything is fine today load new dlc firstly can't modify my Sim then trait bar phone screen all gone even deleted all mods then put them again and erase localthumb.cache

 

Any suggestions ?
