BT3 texture issue

I'm hoping someone can help.  Somewhere along my playthrough, my male character changed to the raider/dirty skin texture and I don't know how or why.  Only thing I've been able to do is replace the dirty textures with clean ones.  No dirty male skin textures has been my only fix.  Can someone guide me to a solution?
