I need some general tech support for Skyrim

I have a new computer (portable desktop) integrated graphics.  But does meet the minimum requirements for Skyrim AE. Was used by a grandpa to face time and that's it. I want to get Skyrim (AE) working on it but the Base game unmodded crashes instantly. I updated all drivers still nothing doesn't work.

 

I tried Enderal SE I was able to get to the main menu but the main menu had double vision on the menu options,  hard to click on anything. Crashes to desktop when I poke around to start a new game.

 

Tried Oblivion the Menus works but starting a new game reveals a display issue problem.  I can get past the main menu but after that poking around the display error a CTD follows up pretty quick after the opening cut scene movie (Oblivion starts out with a non-live cut scene)

 

Did not try Fallout 3 or New Vegas but morrowind works fine.

 

Any idea on  what type of display error I'm dealing with here. Like I said I updated everything I could including going into device manager to manually check. Display is on recommended settings im not doing anything crazy with graphics (yet).

 

I have a proven working mod list ready to go and test the performance of this free used computer but can't get past the display error.  Outside of gaming and when the display error shows its face the computer is fast everything seems to work fine and smooth.

 

Any ideas?
