I'm new to modding and everything thats goes with it. Long story short the game running fine with the mods i had installed, i added a few new outfit mods and sound mods for Commonwealth Captives Outfit Injector as well as the mod itself, and this happens. As a side note, i didnt run the game until all of the mods were installed in MO2. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Did you follow this guide?

How many mods did you install? Only put in one mod at a time then check your game, see that it runs fine, then next mod, so on and so forth.

Take notes on important settings, new mods installed so you know what to take out when this happens, seems like you missed some requirements for the mods installed, run Bodyslide on the outfits....

make sure you got all dependencies, including all the DLC

The leveled list injection script that everyone uses can actually cause a LOT of problems due to some weird incompatibilities with some other mods, and despite the overwhelming popularity of injector mods, people are massively blind to the problems they cause.

Try an older save after removing the new mods. Also try ReSaver to clean dead scripts from your save file.
