Have anyone used that mod on a nintendo switch and connected online? I have never modded on switch so I dont really know what an atmosphere mod is

I would like to keep the online features tho

I mean, I mod my Switch all the time and never disconnected from wifi...online multiplayer I've never tried though, not gonna chance it. The mods I use are all cosmetic so maybe that's why I've been fine. Only time I've actually added to a game via mods is custom music in Smash, was still fine as long as I don't take it to online multiplayer.

you're not supposed to use custom firmware that's on a switch online bc Nintendo will ban that switch. and the only way to use these mods on a switch is with custom firmware for the switch and that custom firmware is called atmosphere. and those switches running atmosphere are called jailbroken or modded switches. and most people who use those jailbroken/modded switches block Nintendo servers to make those switches invisible to Nintendo. and this game uses those very same Nintendo servers that are being blocked for it's multiplayer.

Xenoblade X DE mods can. For anyone whos tried to extract the files and got a texture error when trying to import the models into blender, re extract the files from the sts.arh file and include --no-extract-xcx at the end of the command

Does this mean were anywhere closer to a nude mod? I thought I read that there was some kinda trouble with the mod tools or something? or was that just me reading a post wrong or something?

Very close. Everyone seems to have been extracting the files wrong the entire time, that was the only "problem"

Is there any repository about the 3D models of this game? Like, all the characters and clothing? I have managed to find Lin's model and it's original rig from the game works just fine

the biggest issue lies from exporting a model from blender that xcx will accept. less than a handful of ppl know how the plugin works so we're SOL until they figure it out
