New to WW - Sims look weird

Hello! I am new to WW. I dont have many mods for this installed honestly just the updated version of WW and some of BTTB 6 items and Cherry Pie cum mod. But every time my sims engage in sex, they turn into this and it is very off putting for me to play this mod if it just looks like this all the time. 

I also have the HQ switch, so I wonder if that is why? But I have all my CC items converted to HQ and BTTB 6 says it is HQ?
