Animations not working and everything is up to date

I just recently redownloaded wicked whims and when I had it before it worked no issues but now nothing works. I only redownloaded it because of the game play I'm doing. I was perfectly happy with wonderful but I don't want to go back to it. I even tried to restart my computer and redownloaded my game thinking those were the issues but they aren't. Anyone else having this issues.
