Missing Schlong

Hello, I'm having trouble getting this schlong from this mod to appear. All the other ones appear but this one.

 

I tried reinstalling sos, the mod, and all it's requirements but it's not working. I even tried a new game, Nothing is being overwritten

Any advice would be appreciated.
