Mod loaded and seen, but unable to do any of the acts.

I have the mod downloaded and followed the instructions completely and carefully. I have all mods enabled, and it even pops up under the custom content page. I was able to place condoms and tampons and even place markers for sex allowed here, on the floor, on the wall, etc. But the one thing I can't do is the sex, I can woohoo in the base game, but nothing else.

Help!
