Stuck with an extremely annoying screen color saturating effect.

I know my modlist is quite unstable, but this takes the cake.

This started after I drank a bottle of frigid wash, which is why i am posting here. I can't reload a save considering it's been quite a while since i drank it, and i am not sure what to do here.

Sisme 0 is not a solution as it will disable every other screen modifier, and also, i seem to be getting crashes after some time if I do use the command.

Interestingly, that blurring and color saturating effect is at it's highest without a "Dripping when Aroused" effect currently on. The blur gets somewhat better when the light arousal effect takes place, and it even gets playable if I put Night's Eye on myself, but if someone could help, i'd appreciate it because putting Night Eye 24/7 on myself is not feasible, there's still saturated colors even with Night Eye which is really bad when being next to campfires;;

It is irregular too, sometimes it is very badly eye burning and unplayable.

Not sure why i can't upload images here, it says invalid dimension images, tried to change it but it won't let me upload it....

I am completely inept at fixing modding problems so I'd appreciate it very much if someone could help me on this...

I'll describe it since i can't upload an image for now, basically, picture a flashbang, the color saturation is THAT bad. Eating ingredients that made me take damage somewhat worked at first like some people "prescribe", but now it doesn't anymore either.

That sounds pretty unplayable to me tbh. First of all, posting your load order would help here. Are you playing with Skooma Whore? That can cause some really dramatic screen effects,  I'm using it and they were so annoying and buggy that I disabled them, but I never had that problem with Frigid Washes from DCL. Anyway, there are a few more things you can try. In the console, type player.dispelallspells and see if that helps.

Another quite dramatic command is player.resurrect. It should remove all magic effects on your player, even those that are permanent. If it works you have a fresh starting point, but you have your work cut out for you adding everything back again with the console.

If none of the two above works you can try More Informative Console because if an effect has been added to you character at some point you might be able to find it and identify what mod it comes from.

It could also be a graphic glitch(no shit sherlock?) that got stuck, and that's a very difficult problem. Then you might have to disable the mod that causes the glitch. I would try disabling Skooma Whore, DCL, and some graphic mods like ENB(you can open the ENB console with shift + enter and tick and toggle "use effects" and "use original post processing". You can aslo ask Chat GPT for help. I use it a lot and it has helped me many times.

But if you can't fix it, you should ask yourself if your current game is worth investing in, or if you will have a better time starting over. If you do, be careful about just playing on with any kind of doubtful effects that can be potential bugs. See if you can remove them manually first(console or MCM). I've been really careful with my current save and and I'm in a pretty good place(Fingers crossed).

Thank you so much for your help, unfortunately nothing seems to work but you might be right on the Skooma Whore and DCL combo

You did give me motivation to reload a prior save, i don't really want to start a new game so i'll at least load a save before the bug happened (deleting 3 days of progress, hahahahaha)

I'll remember to keep saves for backup if anything like this happens again and i'll probably try to stay away from the frigid wash, it's only a game breaking bug if it happens again so if I avoid recreating it i should be fine, if even someone with way more knowledge than me tells me that's it's more worth it to start again then I'll do it if the save breaks again.

Weird bug for sure

thank you for your time.
