How can i add an Object in a room ? Xaz mod

I'm with xaz mod , i look to load object in a room ( like put an empty wooden cross with no player on , or wooden horse or huge cross )

 

Can i do it with the consol " placeatme " ?

 

I'm sorry my english is really bad , but i hope someone will understand my question lol !
