Follower's body becomes purple when he is naked

Hi, I was playing and two of my followers, Stenvar and Belrand's bodies both became purple when they became naked (their skin was normal when they had armor on). Putting their armor on does not solve the issue. I figured it was a texture bug, so I reinstalled all male textures, and even tried to use a new texture, but neither of these worked. Furthermore, it only seems that this issue happens on followers, including women. Has anybody had this bug before?

Yeah, as far as I can see I have everything. What's weird is that their bodies are normal if they aren't followers. But as soon as they're a follower (male or female), their bodies go purple, and nobody else's, PC body included.

Which mod is it?

Im not sure what exactly is causing it, but I can post my load order if you want. I tried to use this mod that shows what was the last ESP to act on an NPC, and it usually comes up with "unknown"

Ok I figured out the problem, it was a mod called Spank Dynamic Rank Tattoo. Before you ask, yes, I have all the requirements for it. It seems like the integration is broken in some way, and if you are having the same problems, try uninstalling it. There's probably an incorrect reference somewhere in the mod causing it to break.
