[XCL] Random Orgasms [.21.2]

This mod adds a side effect that will cause your character to randomly orgasm. The reworked version of this is posted here. The mod hadn't been worked on in a while and bugs were beginning to build up so I did some bug fixing while adding in some small new features. This is my first time coding, so there's a chance it may cause some issues I didn't see, but I believe I ironed out all of them thanks to the lovely modders in the X-Change Life discord.

How to get a random orgasm?

The short answer:

don't care of your arousal for too long

The long answer:

stay aroused for multiple days

the higher the arousal and the more days you keep it up, the higher is the chance, with 100% chance after sleeping fully aroused for 7 days (and a chance to get the side effect after sleeping with any arousal level that's bigger than 0 for a longer time)

 

The very long answer with examples:

When you go to sleep your current arousal level is checked.

If the arousal level is 10, the day is counted towards the arousal streak.

arousal 9 has a chance of 1/2 to raise and a chance of 1/9 to lower the streak (and yes, it's possible that both happens, resulting in no change at all)

arousal 5 has a chance of 50% to not change the streak and 25% each to raise or lower it and

Arousal 1 has a chance of 1/2 to lower and a chance of 1/9 to raise the streak

An arousal level of 0 will always lower the streak by 1 until it reaches 0.

In case you thought that's it, you're wrong. Orgasms lower the streak by 1 each, because the entire point of this mod is punishing your character for fighting her urges!

 

Compatibility

There are no known incompatibilities with mods. The mod is pretty basic and should work with everything.

Installation

There's nothing special about this Mod. Just add it using the mod loader as you would with most other mods.

However, to those upgrading from pseudoxo's version: Check your settings because I added an option and renamed another!

 

Fixed Bugs

• Fixed errors when effect triggers while entering the mall, bar, or being catcalled at the bar
• Fixed issue where shower image would take up screen and freeze the game when male and talking to Alexa while doing chores or taking a shower. I had to remove the shower code so the effect won't trigger there, but at least it won't weirdly interfere with other mods that affect the shower.

 

New Features

 

• Added new frequency called "Rolling on the Floor," which will increase the chance of a random orgasm to 65% at high arousal
• Changed how much arousal is lowered or raised after an orgasm
• Changed the pop up menu in the settings to show the actual frequencies and chance of getting a random orgasm
• Added in slightly increase chance for an orgasm when above 3 arousal but below 7
• Added in new flavor text when the effect triggers at work

 

Known Issues

There is a chance that when you save at work, the game bugs out hard with a ton of errors. I believe I fixed this but in case I didn't please ping me on discord @Eros2469.

 

Possible Future Plans

 

I truly have no idea if I'll work on this mod anymore. I am not a coder, I just really wanted one of my favorite mods to stop breaking so much. That being said, I am tempted to add in one or two events because I think that'll make the mod even better. Conversely, if anyone else wants to take over this mod from me please (please please) feel free. I'm hoping the original author comes back to take over, but in case they don't, I want to see more love come to this mod, and if I have to be the one to do it, I may. If I have free time.
