More concubines/spouses

I was using a mod called Harem More Concubines and Spouses. On vanilla UI you can not expand the concubine/spouse list so I was also using the Character UI Overhaul and it moved the spouse/concubine line down one and made it clickable to expand. This worked very well but in the the last week or two something got updated and now it tries to force my character screen farther out to the right and then it cuts off abruptly.

 

Does anyone have another set of mods to use to do this? Both mods seem to work on their own still. I did try a few other mods that add more spouses and they seem to have the same problem with the UI mod. Added a screenshot to show what it is doing to the character screen.

Also you can barely see it but it is placing the add another spouse button off the side of the last spouse on the list. It used to just have less spouses or concubines showing so it all fit within the screen and then you would just click over it like you would with children to extend it.
