game crashes when a pnj is equipped with a DD

Hello,

I have a problem that I can't solve this time. Every time a mod (even manually) tries to put a devious device on a pnj, the game crashes. I've reinstalled most of my mods, but nothing works.

I'm attaching my crash logs and mod list, in the hope that someone can help me a little, even if it's just the beginning of a clue. Thanks in advance.
