Camila Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 Getting same error as Furlow69 mentioned "ERROR(2012): Could not generate: benthiclurkerbehavior.hkx benthiclurkercharacter.hkx" MO version 1.3.6 FNIS version 5.4.2 Anyone have a guess on how to fix it? -EDIT- Well it turns out that MO suddenly had put the DLCs in the middle of my priorities. Fnis were behind it and for some reason that was what it was confliciting with and couldn't generate the behavior.. Just moved the DLCS back again to almost high as possible in MO order
yabba10 Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Aparently, I cannot quote yet But, Camila: Thank. You. To think you posted this just as I'm having the issue. Why MO would decide to do this, I'm not sure. Thank you again for saving an hour of my life from troubleshooting.
Wasabi Ice Cream Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 I wanna also add that some Anti Virus software can cause the same errors with FNIS. Some will detect the "hkxcmd.exe" file as a false-positive threat, and prevent it from executing. Check your Anti Virus software logs if you think that may be the case.
Foxhound1964 Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I have been getting FNIS on not finding some of the creature files -> ERROR(2012): Could not generate: bearbehavior hkx bearcharacter hkx
nejccar1 Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 All you have to do is:1.unninstall your FNIS folder 2.manualy install FNIS 3.manualy install FNIS creature pack 4.run FNIS for users 5.If it doesnt work for you ....I'm sorry
Guest Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 I'm in some trouble and i just can't figure this out, tried to google it but nothing so i have to ask... I'm missing a file of wich i have no clue where to find... This is my load order, if there is something wrong here, please enlighten me well wadda ya know, i got it figured out.. thanks myself!
ntblood Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 FNIS giving Errors when it's run with Mod Organizer: You have to manually install (easy as copy/paste) the "FNIS Behavior Always Necessary" mod. So that means it's data folder goes onto the Skyrim data folder and then Have MO run the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe from there (steamapps/common/Skyrim/data>tools>GeneralteFNISforUsers>GeneralteFNISforUsers.exe)No matter what I did trying to install "FNIS Behavior Always Necessary" mod through Mod Organizer would not work because FNIS will always generate missing creature files (only if you use creature pack).
llMegamanll Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Install FNIS manually. Never install FNIS using a mod manager. thank you so much my friend it worked
Veldon Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Just a minor improvement suggestion: All Scripts can be installed via Mod Organizer. So they can easily be removed or replaced by newer versions. Only the tools folder has to be in the Skyrim data directory.
