Problem with FNIS

I used to run FNIS with no problems at all but suddenly I get an unhandled exception error when I run it:

 

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'FNIScommon' threw an exception. ---> System.Exception: Cannot create ActiveX component.

No amount of reinstalling or fixes helps so I need to update the behaviour files on my laptop. I just need to know what files are required to a minimum.

I have the same problem .. and I can't see or find any way to fix the issue.
