I read that the mod is broken and will not receive updates. I accidentally activated the camera lock once, but I don't remember how I did it. Can someone please help? I want the camera to focus on the face and shake with it in sex animations. like here

This works fine for me on LE using latest version available from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/90896.  If you're using a version for SE/AE then you're in the wrong forum.

 

As for which hotkey it uses, no key is configured by default - you must configure one.  Make sure it is a key that isn't already being used by something else.  In my experience it only works if your character is already in a pose/animation. 

 

Example:

Show Pose hotkey:  HOME

Switch Camera hotkey:  RCTRL

 

In this hotkey configuration example to lock the camera to the actor you would press RCTRL-HOME while in an active pose or animation.  The "Switch Camera" hotkey does nothing by itself.  There is tooltip information in the mod's MCM that should explain how this works though it may be difficult to understand since it appears that English is not the author's first language.

 

Locking the camera to the actor doesn't work in TFC/FreeCam mode.  This is not a bug with the mod it is how TFC works - it completely disassociates the camera from the actor's skeleton nodes used to lock the 1st and 3rd person cameras.
